We are currently working on basic addition facts. We have been practicing different ways of adding numbers together to make 6 & 7. I also like to throw in a daily work problem for the students to work on, and a couple math review skills. I am currently working at developing math stations. I would like to move towards making smaller groups that rotate so that I may see all the students in smaller groups. This allows me to better service the children and differentiate my instruction more effectively. The small groups will be coming soon, we are still working at developing our routine, and learning what to do at each station.
